My Story

I'm Chaikirah Parker, Founder

With over 25 years of experience in the Financial Services sector, lending more than $5.7 billion in various capacities including Underwriter, Underwriting Manager, Internal Audit, and VP of Credit Risk, I have witnessed firsthand the challenges and barriers to achieving homeownership. My journey in the financial world has been deeply personal and professional. As a young teen mom, the significance of having a place to call home resonated with me profoundly. This personal experience, coupled with my professional insights, highlighted the urgent need for comprehensive financial education to empower individuals to take control of their financial destinies.

Understanding that traditional lending practices could be refined to serve both the banks' needs and the wider population, I embarked on a mission to make a tangible difference. Today, I leverage my extensive experience and knowledge to guide individuals towards financial freedom. My approach is centered on practical, actionable strategies that demystify the complexities of earning more, saving more, and making smart investments.

My goal is to not just impart financial knowledge, but to inspire a transformation that enables you to put your money to work effectively, paving the way for a secure and prosperous future. Why We Do It

Financial literacy is not a term I ever heard growing up. While my parents did their best to provide for our family, they lived paycheck to paycheck most of their lives. Seeing my family struggle inspired me to aim higher. But despite my best efforts, I still found myself drowning in debt.

Once I was debt-free, I realized that the methods I used could help others like me who wanted the same but didn’t grow up with the framework to make it happen. So I made it my mission to help as many people as possible create healthy financial habits and a better life for themselves and their families.
